- No refund and non transferable for services not utilised.
- For additional adult or child sharing room, a rollaway extra bed will be provided.
- A one time surcharge ofRM50 per adult will apply during allMalaysian National Public Holidays & School Holidays.
- Rates in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) includes Sales / Service Taxes only.
- Rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
- Rates are valid from1 MARCH 2026 UNTIL 31 OCTOBER 2026 ( resort is closed from November until end February )
- Cancellation with less than 1 month notice,NO REFUND of prepayment / full duration of stay will be charge.
- Cancellation with more than 1 month notice, prepayment will be refunded lessRM50.00 for administrative fee.
