Terms & Conditions
- Departure time of Summer Cruise from Gawi Jetty at 13.00pm (Standby at 12pm).
- Disembarkation time off Summer Cruise at Gawi Jetty: 3 Days 2 Nights at 16:00pm & 4 Days 3 Nights at 11:00am.
- Room check in time 2:30 pm ; Room check out time 9:30 am.
- Kindly provide Guest Name and IC/Passport Number in the 2 weeks prior to departure.
- Should there be any increase in fee, tax and additional charges, the difference must be paid before check-in.
- Full Non-Refundable Security Deposit shall be paid upon confirmation of reservation.
- No refund for any cancellation or amendment after full payment done.
- Security Deposit will be converted to Cancellation Charges should there be any cancellation.
