Terms & Conditions
BOAT SCHEDULES (FIXED TRANSFER TIME):
- Seafest Jetty Semporna to Arcadia Resort - 10:00am or 1:00pm (Loading begins at 09:30am or 12.30pm).
- Arcadia Resort to Seafest Jetty Semporna - 11:30am or 2:00pm.
*Please take note : guest arriving after departure time will be considered as a "NO SHOW".
*Special boat request subject to availability and extra charges.
Room Check-in time: 2:00PM
Room Check-out time: 10:30am
(Late checkout will be charged cleaning fee of RM300/hour)
Child policy:
Free of charge for 0-2 years old, 3-11 years old 50% of the package price, Child who take up a bed consider same price as adult.
Notes:
- Single occupancy: A 50% surcharge will be added to the single package price.
- For those who need to leave the resort for personal reasons will have to bear the transportation cost by themselves.
- Should there be any increase/changes in conservation/jetty fees, the difference must be paid before check in.
- Kindy reminder: Please do not bring oversized luggage.
- Corkage fees will be charged for alcohol and beverage brought into the resort.
- RM10 additional charge for 7 days travel insurance per pax if needed
- Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity.
Payment & Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled or need any changes after payment, the following conditions will be charged:
• Guest who cancel or any changes more than 31 days before check-in date – fully refund.
• Cancellation is notified 30-20 days before the check-in date , 50% of the full amount will be refunded, no changes can be made.
• Less than 20 days before check-in date, Non-Refundable, no changes can be made
