- Children rate is RM250 per pax per night, Children below 3 years old is complimentary.
- A gratuity fee of RM5.00 per adult and per child will be applied to the total bill.
- This fee shall not apply to children below three (3) years old.
Terms & Conditions
1. Children Rate: RM250 per child per night, applicable only to children aged between 3 and 12 years old. Children below 3 years old stay free of charge. (Age is based on the check-in date.)
2. Weekend Surcharge: RM60.00 per adult per night and RM30.00 per child or senior citizen per night. Applicable every Friday and Saturday.
3. Public Holiday Surcharge: RM100.00 per adult per night and RM50.00 per child or senior citizen per night. Applicable on 7, 21 & 22 March; 1, 27 & 31 May; 1 & 17 June; 25 & 31 August; and 16 September 2026.
4. Gratuity Fee: A gratuity fee of RM5.00 per adult and per child will be applied to the total bill. This fee shall not apply to children below three (3) years old.
5. Service Tax: Prices are subject to the mandatory 8% SST imposed by the statutory authorities.
6. Tourism Tax: A tourism tax of RM10.00 per room per night will be imposed on all foreign tourists, effective from 1 September 2017. The premises owner (The One Tenggol Island Resort) will collect this tax from guests.
7. Security Deposit: A full security deposit is required upon confirmation. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be converted into cancellation charges. A full security deposit is required prior to arrival.
8. Unused Services: There will be no refund or deduction for any services included in the package that are not utilized.
9. Cancellation Policy: Once confirmed, all payments are non-cancellable.
10. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation, no-show, or amendment of the booking.
11. Reservation Policy: Reservations are subject to room availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
12. Amendments or Cancellations After Full Payment: No refunds will be given. However, for amendments or cancellations with valid reasons, management may offer credit towards future bookings. Guests must top up any price differences if applicable.
13. Liability: The management shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings, illness, injury, or death resulting from activities beyond its control. The management also excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services.
14. Right to Amend: The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add to these conditions, or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
