Terms & Conditions
OTHERS CHARGES
1. Peak Season Charges : RM80 per person based on Seasonal Chart
2. Super Peak Season Charges : RM100 per person based on Seasonal Chart
3. Marine Park Conservation Fund –
-a. RM 5/Adult - Malaysian only RM 3/Child - Malaysian only
-b. RM30/Adult - Foreigner RM15/Child - Foreigner
4. Tourism Tax – Foreigner Only –
5. Ferry Ticket into Tioman Island - RM130 Adult RM120 Child
Confirmation are subject to the seat availability and available time slot.
Deposit / Payment
1. Non-Refundable or Non-Transferrable RM200 Deposit per person shall be made to guarantee the reservation. Dateline of deposit stated in the confirmation proforma invoice or dashboard in the reservation system. In the event the deposit deadline is overdue, reservation and room will be cancelled automatically without notice.
2. The company requires full payment to be made to Aman Tioman Beach Resort at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. In the event of payment deadline overdue, reservation will cancel automatically without notice and deposit will be forfeited.
Remark
1. The Management reserves the right to amend or modify the offer without prior notice.
2. The resort reserved the right to cancel a tour or activities due to operational or emergency conditions.
3. The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with others service and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal items, illness, injury or death resulting from activities in which the participant took willingly
4. No Refund for Unused Portion including Activity & Meals
Payment & Cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. In case of cancellation or reduction in the number of reserved rooms, a written notice must be received and acknowledge by AMAN TIOMAN BEACH RESORT SDN BHD.
2. In the event that written notice is not received within the time limit, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited automatically.
3. Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as following:
a) More than 30 days before arrival deposit forfeited
b) 14 days before arrival 50% of the total fare
c) Below 14 days before arrival 100 % of total fare
