Terms & Conditions
1. All published room rates not inclusive to 8% SST and non-commissionable.
2. Rates quoted are ONLY applicable for FIT packages and Tour series programmed in Tour Operator Brochure.
3. This offer is valid for 30 days from date of issuance unless returned duly signed and stamped.
4. Check – In Time : 03.00 pm Check – Out Time: 12.00 noon
5. Rooms reserved will be held till 6.00 pm unless guaranteed by advanced deposit.
6. Children (maximum 2) below 08 years old sharing a room with parents will be complimentary
7. Mode of Payment - 50% Deposit required from the total reservation value - 45 days prior to arrival of the group Full payment received - 14 days prior to arrival of the group
8. Peak Periods and Conditions - The hotel reserved the rights to impose a surcharge charge during peak period, which dates will be determine by the hotel.
9. All payments to be made by cheque or telegraphic transfer through our Banker. Please make all cheques payable to: MING STAR HOTEL & TRAVEL SDN.BHD. Bank Account details: CIMB BANK BERHAD Account No: 8006610553 All remittance to be in local currency only and bank charges incurred to be borne by operator.
10. Reservation / Booking Cut Off Date: - 14 days cut off period prior to arrival
Payment & Cancellation
Cancellations & No Show Charges in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) Fit Non-Peak Periods
- 50% of total reservation value will be levied for any Cancellation or No show received within 72 hours of arrival
Cancellations & No Show Charges in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) Fit Peak Periods
- 50% of total reservation value will be levied for any Cancellation or No show received within 21 days of arrival.
